1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dockr ("the Service"), operated by Flytebit Technologies ("Flytebit", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of service

Dockr is an AI-powered documentation automation platform that connects to your code repositories and automatically generates documentation, visual diagrams, and code analysis. The Service is provided as-is during Public Beta, and features may change without notice.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
Portal access requires an active subscription. A 7-day grace period applies after non-payment, after which access is restricted.

4. Free trial

Dockr offers a 7-day free trial with full Professional feature access (excluding Enterprise features), with no credit card required. During the trial, you may upload up to 2 MB of code manually. At the end of the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.

5. Credits and billing

Dockr is billed on a yearly prepaid basis.
The Professional plan uses a credits-based model. Credits are allocated at the start of each annual billing cycle.
Unused credits expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were allocated. Credits do not roll over.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 day's notice to existing subscribers.

6. Your content and code

You retain all ownership rights to your source code and documentation. By connecting a repository, you grant Flytebit a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process your code solely for the purpose of generating documentation within the Service.

Your code is never used to train AI models. Each organisation gets dedicated storage and separate encryption keys - your data never shares infrastructure with another customer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
Share account access with unauthorized third parties
Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure
Submit code containing malware or malicious payloads

8. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Data export: Data export functionality is not currently available. All documentation is accessible via the web portal only. We recommend saving any critical outputs before cancelling your subscription.

9. Availability and SLA

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. During Public Beta, service levels are provided on a best-effort basis. We will notify users of planned maintenance via email or in-app banner.

10. Intellectual property

Dockr and all related software, logos, and content are the property of Flytebit Technologies. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FLYTEBIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLYTEBIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end after any applicable grace period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
